Leg Press
The outdoor gym Leg Press is an extremely important exercise. It involves some of the most powerful parts of the muscular system. This outdoor equipment provides two Leg Press positions, each with a different level of resistance. The exercise places particular emphasis on the quadriceps , and hips. Since the level of resistance is modest, the exercise avoids risks that are are associated with heavy squats in a standing position.

Instructions: Siton the seat plank tread onto the foot boards and stretch the legs, hold a momentat the max stretch then release the stretch slowly. Repeat the actions.
